Roles and Responsibilities

Experience in handling corporate/ Mall/ residential in both soft and hard facility services

  • Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipment’s, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security, employee induction etc.
  • Infrastructure & Building Maintenance
  • Event Management
  • Cost Optimization & Vendor Management
  • Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
  • Budgeting and cost control measures, Monitoring Budget variance.
  • Handling the entire gamut of operations related to effective maintenance of the Technical Equipment and the utility services and provided technical support to ensure smooth operations of various electrical/ electronic systems.
  • Identification and rectification of problems to ensure smooth operations and recommended need-based modifications to enhance operational efficiency and resource optimization
