Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring & Execution of Customer Experience Initiatives
  • Elevation of the Customer Satisfaction Level above 95% Industry benchmark
  • Control and Monitor the Senior Level Escalations and improvise the execution of Escalation Matrix.
  • Development and Maintenance of cordial relationship with the top 25 clients of the organizations.
  • Identifications of Gaps and development of procedures & measures to curb the issues.
  • Strategize the process improvement and operating procedures in line with the client’s requirement and compliance.
  • Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipment’s, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security, employee induction etc.
  • Infrastructure & Building Maintenance
  • Event Management
  • Cost Optimization & Analysis
  • Multiple Site Management & Customer Visits regularly.
  • Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
  • Budgeting and cost control measures, Monitoring Budget variance.
  • Assisting the department in project management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans.
  • Contracts management/Renewals
  • Cost control and ensuring timely implementation of the project.
  • Development & Implementation of Strategies for Sales & Business Development & Sales
  • Creation of Door Entry Opportunities for new Client Acquisitions in the region
  • Development and Maintenance of cordial relationship with the existing clients of the organizations.
  • Identifications of Gaps and development of procedures & measures to curb the issues.
  • Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry.
