Roles and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Prepare DA revision as per Gov Norms

2) Get the approval for DA revision approved from clients

3) Coordinated with billing, payroll and compliance team for getting the payroll and billing updated

4) Resolve client query related to DA revision

5) Support sales team for compliance verification for their proposals

6) Support Sales team for onboarding and vendor registration

7) Support Ops team with query related to CTC and preparing of CTC as per requirement

8) Verification of commercials / CTC for agreements and other task

Mandatory Skills: In depth knowledge of Hr compliance and CTC, Good communication skills, Strong Follow up skills, Problem-solving skills.
