Job Description1-SALES OPERATIONS
- Experience in RFQ / Tender / RFP
- Preparing the technical document for the tender
- Cross-Functional Collaboration for timely preparing of data and document
- Online submission of tenders
- Help Sales, CRM & OPS with data, support from H.O, cross functional team support
- Training on basic CTC, Compliance & F.M Industry
- Vendor Evaluation Form Support
2-COMMERCIAL
- Contract Management - Contract Renewal / Termination
- Renew / Execute expired contract
- Implementation of the revised DA / Basic
- Experience in Salesforce/ Zoho CRM tool
- Requirement Gathering from HOD and Co-ordination with S.F Development team
- Development Testing Activities
- Train sales team on new functionality
- Resolve issue faced by sales team
- Drive the adaptation of the CRM tool in the Sales team

Salary: 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.
