Job Description

  • Experience in RFQ / Tender / RFP
  • Preparing the technical document for the tender
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration for timely preparing of data and document
  • Online submission of tenders
  • Help Sales, CRM & OPS with data, support from H.O, cross functional team support
  • Training on basic CTC, Compliance & F.M Industry
  • Vendor Evaluation Form Support

  • Contract Management - Contract Renewal / Termination
  • Renew / Execute expired contract
  • Implementation of the revised DA / Basic
3- CRM Tool
  • Experience in Salesforce/ Zoho CRM tool
  • Requirement Gathering from HOD and Co-ordination with S.F Development team
  • Development Testing Activities
  • Train sales team on new functionality
  • Resolve issue faced by sales team
  • Drive the adaptation of the CRM tool in the Sales team
